Grease a 9 x 13 pan with coconut oil/canola oil
Mix the following in a bowl and set aside:
- 1 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1/2 c oatbran
- 1 1/2 c unsweetened crisp brown rice cereal
- 1/4 c flax seeds
- 1/4 c coconut
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup of brown rice syrup
- 1 tbl of vanilla
- 1/2 c peanut butter/almond butter
Add in your favorite flavors to the oat mixture:
- 1 cup of raisins or cranberries
- 1 cup of walnuts,peanuts, almonds
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 sesame seeds
- 1 cup of dried apricots
This base recipe is sugar free and wheat free. You can also leave out the coconut or peanut butter if you want.
